We are delighted to receive news that Simpsons' wines have been taking centre stage in the Norwegian press.

Firstly, our Flint Fields Blanc de Noirs 2016 has received critical acclaim from Aperitif, a revered wine trade publication in Norway, with this premium wine scoring 92 points and ranking highest in the selection of English Sparkling Wines. Our Chalklands Classic Cuvée 2016 also made the list, scoring 90 points. To see the full list, read more here

Furthermore, Merete Bø, Wine Journalist for the Norwegian Financial Times, has featured our "impressive" Rabbit Hole Pinot Noir 2018, which is the first British red wine to enter the Norwegian market. In her video she explores the background of Simpsons' Wine Estate plus the vineyards' history, terroir and climate with an in-depth analysis of the wine. Her tasting notes for this Pinot Noir include: "Floral scent with hints of raspberry and wild pepper. Juicy and extremely delicate light fruit with long and light fresh tannins. Good concentration."
