With the latest announcements of the easing of COVID restrictions, we would like to share with you our plans for our visitor experiences, so that you can prepare for your trip accordingly.
First of all, we would like to take this opportunity to express how proud we are of our small yet dynamic team, who have continued to work exceptionally hard throughout this difficult period, ensuring that our vines, wines and guests have been treated with the utmost care and attention during the pandemic.
Our priority is the safety and well-being of our staff and visitors and we would like to make everyone feel as relaxed and welcome as we can during their time at the Estate. Life is about celebrating and we are certain that there will be even more opportunities in 2022 to reunite with loved ones over a glass of wine. However, we do appreciate that everyone will be moving at different paces and we want to maintain a happy and healthy balance, making sure we are as considerate as possible to our guests and staff over the coming months.
With all this in mind, we will be continuing to keep certain measures in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all:
• We will continue to uphold secure cleaning regimes for all areas, with hand sanitising points duly available throughout.
• Masks still need to be worn for the indoor elements of our experiences and cellar door purchases, to ensure minimal disruption to our working environment, particularly in the Winery, as we must maintain hygiene standards and keep to our intensive production schedule.
• Masks will not be required when outdoors and once seated in the Tasting Room.
• We do ask that if you have tested positive, or someone you have been in close contact with has tested positive for Coronavirus, then you delay your visit and email our team on info@simpsonswine.com or call 01227 832200, we will be happy to rebook your experience.
