Chalklands 2016 achieves joint highest 91 points in a review of English sparkling wines published in Bulletin, the Association of Norwegian Wine Clubs' magazine. We're delighted with this recognition in advance of our launch with Brande Wine Estates in Norway next month.
“Among the English Sparkling wines two wines especially stood out with their fresh and mature characters. First Simpsons English Wine Estate Chalklands Classic Cuvée 2016 and second Redfold Vineyards Ambriel BdB 2010. Both scored 91p and must be considered as worthy alternatives to Champagne”.
