For the very first Simpsons Wine Estate Supper Club we are thrilled to have a Michelin Starred Chef take up residence in our Glass House Tasting Room.
This Chef understands the importance of sourcing fresh, local produce and of cooking with restraint, which aligns perfectly with the Simpsons’ philosophy to use only our own Estate grown grapes and to exercise minimal intervention in the winery to create English wines of provenance and integrity.
Guests will enjoy a superb 4-course tasting menu, each course paired with wines from Charles & Ruth Simpson’s English and French properties. During this exclusive dinner, you will be amongst the first to taste Canterbury Rose 2016, the first Simpsons’ Wine Estate sparkling Rosé that will be released in late Autumn 2018.
